Textile Mesh Upper

Designed to provide lightweight support on the trails, the Montrail F.K.T Attempt Trail Running Shoes have been constructed using a textile mesh upper. The lightweight mesh swathes the midfoot to support the foot and increase ventilation to keep you cool. The mesh allows cool air to flow throughout the upper whilst, at the same time allowing hot, humid air to escape so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. The increase in airflow creates a perfect microclimate for your feet to thrive in and ensures you remain comfortable when your session heats up. Supportive overlays have also been used on the upper to provide extra protection and resistance to abrasion, debris or sharp objects you may encounter while trail running. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midsole to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

EVA Midsole

Designed to provide exceptional support, cushioning and energy return, the misole has been constructed using a lightweight EVA. Completing the midsole is a trail shield protection plate that ensures a smooth ride on uneven terrain. The protection plate provides torsion rigidity and tough forefoot protection for the trails.

Rubber Outsole

Completing the outsole are multi-directional lugs which provide meaningful traction on tough terrain. The lugs dig into the ground, anchoring you in place.
