The Featherlite Down Vest provides super packable and versatile core body insulation using lightweight PERTEX Quantum fabric and high quality 750+ fill power Allied Feather and Down Titanium water resistant fluorocarbon-free HyperDRY ECO down.

The Montane Featherlite Down Gilet is equipped with PERTEX Quantum which uses incredibly fine yarns, precisely woven to provide a very lightweight yet strong and durable fabric. Its softness allows down and synthetic insulation to fully loft. The Rip-Stop outer provides excellent durability with a superior DWR coating which ensures the gilet is water-resistant. Fitted with a PEAQ Down lining, it provides a supremely comfortable next-to-the-skin feel, ensures breathability and is fast drying, while the Micro Baffle Anatomical Construction allows for perfect loft space for the down. The gilet is also constructed with 95g of high quality 90/10 Allied Feather and Down Titanium water resistant fluorocarbon-free HyperDRY ECO down at 750+ fill power which is certified non-live-plucked and non-force fed. The premium down inside this product has been certified through the Responsible Down Standard (RDS) to ensure that is it the most responsibly sourced down available. The full length, reversed and baffled YKK front zip is fitted with an internal storm flap located behind the front centre zip together with a press stud to secure the hem and prevent weather entry, keeping you dry through the rainy weather conditions. The rollover chinguard is lined with brushed fine microfleece which is comfortable next to the mouth and chin while it also is fitted with an insulated close-fitting collar.

Lastly, the gilet is equipped with two hand-warmer pockets with YKK reverse coil zips which are positioned well clear of backpack or a climbing harness belt.
