Down filled super packable mountain cap that has functionality and warmth at the core of its design. Using ethically sourced Allied Feather and Down water resistant fluorocarbon-free HyperDRY™ down, the Plume Mountain Cap will complete your cold weather/expedition kit list, ensuring you stay warm from the head down.
The Plume Mountain Cap from Montane used a Fluorocarbon-free down to keep the cap well insulated, therefore keeping the wearers head warm. The outer fabric is super hard wearing and is weather resistant to help prevent warmth escaping and the cold and wet weather getting to the inner layers. The pre curved peak will help to shield the face from rain and wind without obscuring the wearer's vision. Low-hanging panels have been added to the cap's sides which will protect the ears and will help to block cold air from getting up inside the cap. The chin strap used an adjustable fastening which will allow the wearer to adjust the fit quickly and easily to ensure it meets their personal preference. This strap will also ensure that the cap stays securely in place, ideal for windy days.
