Montane have incorporated SCHOELLER 3XDRY, which is a mid-weight nylon stretch fabric with a denier gradient structure that combines wind and abrasion resistance on the outer face with a structured wicking inner face. It also contains a SCHOELLER proprietary 3XDRY durable water repellency which will shed light rain and snow. Goat leather palm, full fingers and thumb for a tough, yet supple abrasion resistance while additional goat leather overlays on the palm and fingers are ideal for maximum wear areas. 60g PrimaLoft GOLD ECO Insulation is located on the back of the hand and fingers for added warmth. POLARTEC Alpha Direct 120g lining throughout is warm, quick-drying and extremely comfortable.
The 3D pattern design reduces seams to reduce the bulk and increase both comfort and dexterity whilst also creating an improved, ergonomic fit. Pre-curved fingers and thumb offer an enhanced fit while tough print in high abrasion areas increases protection. The elasticated wrist provides a close fit and self-elasticated asymmetric cuffs give a close, secure and protective seal to keep the elements out. A finger carabiner loop presents the opportunity for storage and easy drying when not in use.
