Elemental Protection And Construction

Firstly, the Ajax Jacket is constructed from GORE-TEX fabric for durable waterproof, windproof and extremely breathable weatherproof protection. GORE-TEX 40 Denier is utilised in the main body, providing highly breathable performance for high aerobic activities. GORE-TEX 70 Denier Rip-Stop reinforcement fabric is utilised in the shoulders and hip area for durable abrasion resistance when wearing a rucksack or harness.

In addition, the jacket offers articulated arms for superb unrestricted movement and is specifically tailored to prevent hem lift while you reach. A dropped back hem offers enhanced weather protection and additional coverage, while a fully adjustable climbing helmet compatible hood is designed to fit comfortably with warm headwear and a helmet. The hood offers an adjustable face aperture with internal cord exits, rear hood volume compression for a close fit around the head, stiffened hood peak that gives stability and wired edge that allows adjustability, tall collar to offer storm protection to the face and finally, an internal elastic loop and hook on rear hood compression drawcord that allows the hood to be rolled down and stowed away whilst not in use.

Pocket Configuration
