Montane Alpine Stretch Pants (Regular Leg)
Designed for alpine climbing with a minimalist, technical feature set for reduced overall weight and bulk.
Constructed using a granite stretch fabrication, the Montane Alphine Stretch Pants offer all-round stretch for dynamic body movements. Designed to provided four-way stretch, the pants allow for a full range of motion in all directions, giving you the freedom to perform. The fabric also works to wick sweat away from the skin where it can be easily evaporated, keeping you cool, dry and comfortable at all times. Reinforced granite stretch knees and insteps provide ample protection from abrasive, rocky terrain which you're likely to encounter while outdoors adding to the overall durability of the garment. Granite stretch is also coated with a DWR treatment which provides protection from light rain.
A microfleece lined waistband sits just above the hips, ensuring maximum comfort and reducing the risk of chafing and irritability. The waistband ensures an optimum fit whilst the press stud, button and belt loops exist for adjustable comfort. Gusseted ankle zippers ensure ample temperature control, in the winter months, they can be worn down to seal in heat or when temperatures begin to rise they can be worn up to release an intolerable heat build up. The zips also provide an easy on/ off whilst a UPF 50+ treatment provides ample protection from the suns harmful UV rays. Completing the Alpine Stretch Pants and multiple pockets which provides ample storage space for your essential items. (Two zippered hand pockets feature of the side of each leg, a zipped security pocket is hidden within the right pocket and a rear zipped pocket is also featured on the pants.)
