Utilising Pontetorto Tecnostretch technology, the Montane Alpine Raid Fleece, has exceptional stretch properties. The Tecnostretch fabrics from Pontetorto have a smooth outer side, with a technical look, which is highly resistant to abrasion. The pile inside the garment have excellent technologies to hold heat, keeping you warm and cosy up in the mountains. The Tecnostretch have a 4-way stretch construction, allowing you great freedom of movement, and comfort, and are exceptionally quick-drying. A Cordura faced fabric provides you with enhanced durability, giving you a long-lasting item of clothing. The jacket has a close-fitted collar, for preventing wind chill, keeping you cosy when it's cold. There is a deep 1/2 length YKK Vislon front zip, providing you with easy on and off access into the garment, as well as ensuring optimal control of airflow coming through the garment. A zipped chest pocket means you have easy access to any essentials you have stored. Finally, low profile cuffs with thumb loops prevent the garment from moving around, as well as, ensure air cannot enter the sleeves. The slim-fitting profile of the top means you can wear it under a shell, softshell or mid-layer jacket for extra warmth.
