Created using Pertex Quantum Eco 30D this jacket is lightweight, windproof and water-resistant thanks to a DWR (Durable Water Resistant) coating. Pertex Quantum uses a tightly woven structure to provide a light and soft fabric that allows insulation to fully loft, by doing this the jacket can trap more heat keeping you warm when the temperatures drop. Montane has used Primaloft Silver as the insulation in the jacket, this fibre is perfect for outdoor activities. Not only robust but the fibre is also breathable and compressible. Plus, it is incredibly soft and comfortable to wear. Not only is this comfortable against the skin but this allows air to circulate so that you can stay at the perfect temperature whilst you are active. Enhancing the weather protection further, the jacket uses a fully adjustable helmet-compatible hood with a stiffened peak to keep the elements away from your face. An internal hem adjustment and elasticated cuffs minimise heat loss and keep out the wind, whilst articulated sleeves provide a full range of movement. The jacket has two hand warmer pockets and an internal chest pocket to provide you with space to store your essential items.
