Created using Pertex Quantum, the Respond Mittens are lightweight and windproof to keep you protected in challenging weather. Pertex Quantum uses a tightly woven structure to provide a light and soft fabric that allows insulation to fully loft, by doing this the mittens can trap more heat keeping you warm when the temperatures drop. Montane has used Primaloft Gold as the insulation in the mittens, this fibre is perfect for outdoor activities. Not only robust but the fibre is also breathable and compressible. Plus, it is incredibly soft and comfortable to wear. Not only is this comfortable against the skin but allows air to circulate so that you can stay at the perfect temperature whilst you are active. A FREEFLOW MANTLE membrane prevents water from entering the mittens for exceptional waterproof protection. The brushed tricot fleece feels good next to the skin for enhanced levels of comfort. The elasticated wrist provides a close and comfortable finish to keep the cold out and the pre-curved digits deliver additional grip and dexterity. The topstitch quilting reinforces durability while the mittens are touchscreen-compatible to enable you to use your electronic devices. Completing the mittens is a stuff sack which makes for easy transportation.
