This mountain-ready jacket has been filled with plenty of ExpeDRY goose down at 800+ fill power for great warmth at a low weight ratio. The down has been treated to be water-repellent and quick drying, perfect for damper conditions. The chemical-free technology works because the integrated gold particles vibrate water molecules, just like heat does, to speed up evaporation at a rate faster than the water absorption rate of down, while managing moisture from the body. The stitch-through baffle construction makes it lightweight and packable, and offset seams improve construction, durability and comfort. The synthetic panels under the arms work to retain warmth even when wet, with 4-way stretch for freedom of movement and less bulk. The REACH construction has been optimised for forward reach and mobility, perfect for alpine adventures, and the PIVOT 2 hood provides extra coverage when you need it and is adjustable at the aperture and crown.
