The Protium Lite Hooded Jacket delivers warmth and exceptional breathability in an impressively lightweight package. By dropping 35% of the fabric weight but keeping all of the thermal properties, this high-performance fleece becomes a technically versatile layer to use in the mountains.
Utilising exceptional Thermo Grid Lite fleece fabrics, the jacket features a brushed grid back construction, to keep you warm and cosy. The brushed grid fleece helps to trap heat in small pockets providing a barrier of warmth, whilst increasing surface area it offers moisture-wicking comfort to ensure you remain dry and comfortable during intense conditions. The fabrications have 4-way stretch properties, allowing you to move freely and flexibly. Montane has added Polygiene permanent odour control to keep you feeling and smelling fresh even when things heat up. A full length YKK front zip allows you to control airflow and makes on/off easy. The fleece also has flatlock seams to provide a comfortable, soft fit, preventing irritation or chafing from occurring when wearing. A tech hood provides extra coverage when you need it and fits snugly under a helmet. Finally, two YKK zipped hand pockets provide storage for essentials.
