Built to handle life on the move, the Transition Duffel 40L is a tough, dependable companion for any outdoor adventure.
Constructed from RAPTOR Pro nylon ripstop, it delivers outstanding durability to withstand the demands of travel and the outdoors. A weather-resistant bathtub base, combined with a protective clamshell lid and tamper-resistant YKK NATULON main zip, helps keep your gear secure and protected in challenging conditions. The bag features a large main compartment that can hold 40L worth of gear, while a zipped pocket in the lid can hold small essentials. The seam-free base prevents water ingress, while the clamshell lid provides a clean aesthetic and added weather protection. Inside the bag, Montane has used a 200-denier recycled polyester plain-weave lining with a non-fluorocarbon water-repellent finish. This has been combined with minimal seams to improve weather protection, durability and construction while reducing weight. Integrated adjustable shoulder straps and daisy-chain handles offer versatile carry options, making it easy to adapt whether you're hauling kit to basecamp or travelling to your next adventure. The duffel bag uses a T-Hook adjustable chest strap that helps distribute weight for a comfortable carry.
