The Montane Icarus insulated jacket has updated materials and a new product build to balance durability and lightweight performance.

Crafted from Pertex Quantum, made from recycled nylon ripstop, with a non-fluorocarbon water repellent finish, this jacket from Montane is highly durable while able to protect you in light rain and snow showers. Inside the jacket is Primaloft Rise insulation, keeping you cosy when temperatures drop. Made from 100% recycled fibres, this high-loft synthetic loose-fill insulation delivers outstanding warmth for its weight. The highly resilient construction maintains loft and thermal performance in cold, damp conditions, making it an ideal choice for versatile all-mountain insulation. Teamed with a square stitch-through baffle construction to provide a lightweight, packable build that helps stabilise insulation and prevent cold spots. Montane has included Reach construction technology, which provides improved arm movement, allowing you to move restriction-free. The jacket also includes a Pivot hood system to keep elements away from your face while providing easy adjustment, an adjustable hem and elasticated cuffs that lock in warmth. A full-length zip makes on/off easy while improving ventilation, helping you control airflow, so you stay at the perfect temperature throughout use. Two hand-warmer pockets and a chest pocket provide plenty of storage space for essentials while taking on your favourite trail.
