Montane's warmest performance fleece mid-layer. The Caldus XT gilet is designed to offer pinnacle thermoregulation during the coldest mountain conditions.
This high-pile gilet is constructed with THERMO HL high loft fabric to trap warm air without allowing moisture to build up, making it the go-to midlayer for the most demanding winter conditions and environments. The fleece excels in both holding a layer of warm air close to your body and transporting water vapour away from it, helping you to stay warm and comfortable in very cold conditions. It's engineered for exceptional breathability and has mechanical stretch for unrestricted movement. The gilet is built with Montane's improved Regular fit which is perfect for layering and works to maximise the performance of your outerwear by minimising overheating and eliminating clamminess. The low profile, stretchy cuffs and hem are comfortable and cosy, whilst the chest pocket and large handwarmer pockets (all with YKK zips) keep any essentials safe. Finally, the full length YKK front zip allows you to regulate the temperature with ease and makes on/off easy.
