Engineered for dependable protection in challenging conditions, the Montane Norste waterproof pants combine premium materials with technical design to deliver exceptional comfort, durability and weather resistance.
Constructed using PERTEX Shield 3-Layer 40D Nylon fabric, these lightweight waterproof overtrousers provide reliable defence against prolonged rain while maintaining excellent breathability for active outdoor pursuits. The 3-layer system uses a 40D recycled nylon ripstop outer for enhanced durability, paired with a super-thin polyurethane membrane that delivers waterproof and windproof protection. The final layer is a 20D tricot backer that adds comfort and stability. The materials are finished with a non-fluorocarbon water-repellent coating, ensuring reliable weather resistance while remaining breathable to keep you comfortable through challenging conditions. The pants have an adjustable waist with a cord adjustment that lets you alter the fit for a secure feel. Offset seams reduce chafing and irritation for comfort, especially over long distances, while improving overall construction and durability of the pants. YKK Aquaguard Natulon Half-length side zips finish the pants for quick layering over boots and pants, while increasing the airflow to keep you comfortable on those tough hikes. Designed for mountain walking, trekking and all-day outdoor adventures, the Norste Pants offer a comfortable fit to accommodate various layering systems and movement.
