Engineered Mesh Upper

The upper of the Rubix running shoe has been constructed using an engineered mesh material to provide you with optimum breathability, support and durability as you run. The mesh actively and efficiently wicks away the build-up of excess sweat and moisture, leaving your feet cool, dry and comfortable as you strive for the best results and performance. Additionally, cool air is encouraged to circulate, creating a drier, healthier environment for the feet to thrive. Eyelets have been strategically placed within the mesh for added ventilation and comfort. As well as being highly breathable, the mesh is resilient to keep your feet protected as you run. Furthermore, the mesh guards against friction and irritation such as chafing, eliminating any discomfort or potential damage to your skin.

A traditional lacing system offers a secure, locked-in fit as you move while the padded tongue sits against the skin to increase comfort and improve the feel. A strategic, moulded fit adds support to provide a lightweight yet dependable fit.

ACTEVA Midsole

An ACTEVA compound resides in the midsole of the Rubix to provide optimal stability and support, crucial to runners with overpronation issues. ACTEVA is 32% lighter than standard foam, offering a lightweight feel without sacrificing either comfort or performance in the process. Also operating within the midsole are data-driven guidance ramps which are designed to improve gait efficiency for a more natural run with much smoother strides. The innovative technology delivers premium stability for miles of aggressive running. Having the aforementioned stability and control will allow those with pronation issues to gain the maximum from their performance without any unwanted damage to the knees and joints which could lead to injury or long-term wear and tear.

Ground Contact EVA Outsole

The full ground contact outsole of the Rubix delivers a firm, assured footing to provide you with the confidence required to push yourself to the limit as you seek that PB. Having the necessary grip and traction will enable further control, allowing you to boast a full, unrestricted range of motion in all directions. Made from EVA, the outsole possesses shock absorption properties which relieve the stress placed upon your knees and joints. Rounding off the outsole is flex grooves, increasing flexibility and mobility when running.
