New Balance FuelCell Rebel v4 Women's Running Shoes

Rebel by name, rebel by nature, the FuelCell Rebel v4 will change how you look at an everyday running shoe. The propulsive feel of FuelCell technology creates a remarkably responsive underfoot that can quickly adapt from long, steady runs to something shorter and more spontaneous. Additional details like a streamlined mesh upper add race-inspired accents to this dynamic upbeat shoe, designed to bring an element of fun back into your run.

Breathable Mesh Upper

The upper of the Fuelcell Rebel v4 covers your feet in a comfortable, breathable layer of mesh. The upper construction is created by utilising a lightweight synthetic mesh to provide a constant supply of airflow to travel through the shoes and keep them light and cool. The material works by removing the warm air and replacing it with cool, fresh air to boost you and keep you going. A moulded collar gives you the lockdown your feet need, keeping your shoes steady and in place and providing your feet with a comfortable, non-abrasive wearing experience. Working alongside this, the shoes have a gusseted tongue to help prevent dirt and debris from entering the shoes and ensure they remain comfortable against your feet. No-sew overlays reduce the chance of rubbing and irritational, and lastly, a traditional lacing system helps to lock down the midfoot to prevent excessive movement.

FuelCell Midsole

The FuelCell midsole compound is a nitrogen-infused foam that drives you off the cushioning platform quickly and delivers long-lasting performance. Delivering a minimum of 39% more rebound, the FuelCell Rebel features new and improved high-rebound technology; offering a high-rebound carrier with improved FuelCell technology in the forefoot, the FuelCell Rebel creates a high-rebound, energetic, propulsive feel and an ultra-lightweight running experience. The midsole further absorbs the shock and negative impact forces as you strike the floor and uses the energy to catapult you off into your next step, allowing you to be faster than ever before.

Durable Rubber Outsole

A durable rubber outsole completes the FuelCell Rebel v4, supplying a sticky grip for multi-directional traction. The rubber can withstand damage from uneven terrain to give you added confidence when out running. In addition, the rubber can create a solid bond of friction with various surfaces, crucial for control as you race around the roads. This will reduce the risk of injury from slipping or rolling your ankle, as you will be held in a firm and upright position. Adorning the outsole are longitudinal pods to enhance foot flexibility and unhindered foot motion between strides.
