The new RC Ultra Light Short takes everything that makes the classic RC Shorts "the ultimate performance short" - four-way stretch fabric, a built-in brief and a lightweight, barely there feel - and applies it to a classic split racing style, for even greater freedom of movement.
These New Balance shorts have been crafted with an ultra-lightweight, stretch-woven shell with 4-way stretch, constructed using an innovative technique that allows for breathability without perforating the fabric. This allows cool air to flow around the shorts whilst built-up heat can escape, keeping you comfortable throughout training or race day. Also included is NB ICE technology, which wicks moisture away from the surface of your skin and transports this to the outer of the short, leaving you dry and distraction-free. The split racing short silhouette provides greater freedom of movement with a sleek, modern look. Inside the shorts, an internal brief with seamless fabric allows a comfortable running experience, whilst adding additional coverage. The blend of mesh and jersey is breathable and supportive without restricting movement. Offering a secure and adjustable fit, the shorts include an elastic waistband with a drawstring so you can ensure they are comfortable throughout the activity. For a place to store your essentials, the shorts include drop-in pockets built into the internal brief, offering convenient, easy-access storage perfect for running fuels and gels. Completing the shorts are reflective elements that provide visibility in low-light conditions.
