New Balance FuelCell Rebel v5 Men's Running Shoes

The FuelCell Rebel v5 was built to look and feel fast. With its streamlined, race-inspired mesh upper and colourblocking designs, the resulting silhouette boasts a modern style that inspires, surprises, and confidently stands out ahead of the pack. Incredibly lightweight, its blend of PEBA and EVA foams and midsole geometry provides a responsive and energetic underfoot feel, ideal for those miles you want to feel fast.

Engineered Mesh Upper

Crafted using an engineered race-inspired mesh upper, the FuelCell Rebel covers your feet in a comfortable, breathable material. The mesh encourages cool air to circulate, whilst at the same time, it removes unwanted, warm air to help regulate temperature and create the perfect microclimate where feet can thrive. The upper utilises a FantomFit design to offer ultra-light bonded support, while the redesigned heel and tongue provide additional comfort for fast miles. The reflective details ensure you are seen when training or running in low-light conditions. A traditional lacing system locks the midfoot to prevent excessive movement and ensures a locked-in feel.

FuelCell Midsole

Designed using a blend of PEBA and EVA foams to form the FuelCell midsole, the FuelCell Rebel delivers long-lasting comfort, mile after mile. Delivering more rebound than its predecessor, this updated version features more underfoot foam to create a high-rebound, energetic, propulsive feel and an ultra-lightweight running experience. The midsole further absorbs the shock and negative impact forces as you strike the floor and uses the energy to propel you off into your next step, allowing you to be faster than ever before.

Durable Rubber Outsole

The FuelCell Rebel is finished with a redesigned durable rubber outsole, engineered to provide exceptional multi-directional traction through its sticky grip. This robust rubber has been constructed with more rubber in the forefoot than previous versions to resist damage from varied terrain, providing greater confidence during your runs. Furthermore, the outsole can generate friction across different surfaces, which is essential for maintaining control as you navigate the road ahead. This enhanced grip helps reduce the risk of slipping or ankle twisting, keeping you stable and secure.
