Nike Free RN Flyknit 3.0 Running Shoes

The Nike Free RN Flyknit 3.0 is lace-free - letting you slip in and hit your stride. Supportive yarns join stretchy Flyknit for a lightweight upper that feels like a second skin. Underfoot, the outsole with grooves heel-to-toe moves and bends along with you.

Flyknit Uppers

Flyknit uppers will encase each foot in breathable comfort. Perforations across the forefoot and midfoot increase airflow to create a better, healthier environment for your feet to thrive in. The one-piece construction seamlessly integrates these areas of high breathability with stretch and support where you need it the most, adapting to the changing shape of your foot as it moves through the gait cycle and reducing slippage so that you can enjoy smooth, distraction-free strides. Supportive TPU yarns create a second skin fit; they conform to the shape of the foot to provide stability and comfort. whilst a lace-free, slip-on design reduces pressure on the instep and provides an easy on/off. A synthetic textile strap across the midfoot stretches with each stride to provide unrestricted motion and appropriate structure. Completing the upper is a 2-tone horizontal line pattern which is more aerodynamic so you can run faster with ease.

Low Density Midsole

Constructed using a low-density foam, the midsole of the Nike Free RN 3.0 allows you to feel connected to the ground. Sturdy IY002 foam fits closer to the foot than the previous version of the Free RN allowing runners to feel connected to the ground beneath them. With less cushioning than the 5.0, the Free RN 3.0 ensures a natural feel that provides the closest feel to barefoot running. Although the midsole still works to provide underfoot cushioning and reduces shocks as you move throughout the gait cycle. Dual siping has been used on the top of the midsole to provide multi-directional flex, the Free RN 3.0 is 37% more flexible than its predecessor allowing for a more dynamic run. Completing the midsole is a one-layer sockliner which sits comfortably against the skin and give your foot a closer, more connected feeling to the ground.

Flexible Foam Outsole

The outsole of the Free RN 3.0 double as the midsole to drastically reduce on weight without impacting on performance. Hot knife siping has been used from heel-to-toe to allow for optimal flexibility with every step. The hot-knife cut expands with your step for flexible cushioning and an adaptive feel. Completing the outsole is a 4mm offset that allows you to feel as close to the ground as barefoot running. The outsole allows the foot to achieve the same 33% angle at toe-off that is achieved during barefoot running.
