Additionally, mesh uppers also provide water drainage should your feet become wet in bad weather. A minimal collar provides a close, sock-like fit around the ankle whilst neroprene materials maintain optimal performance in wet conditions.
Phylon Midsole
Phylon resides in the midsole. The thin, compression-moulded, contoured platform helps to keep the shoe light and low to the ground while offering impact protection. Pebax Outsole
6 replaceable pins maximise power, speed and traction on the track. A Pebax plate in the forefoot produces optimal traction during the approach. The plate provides lightweight rigidity and increased acceleration, power, and speed. Assisting the Pebax spike plate is a sharkskin pattern which provides optimal grip ensuring you stay grounded.
**You don't want to feel your toe cramped up against the front of the shoe. A spike should feel like it was meant for your foot, a little more snug than a training shoe feels so we would recommend half a size up on normal shoes**
