Utilising Nike Therma-FIT Technology, the Therma-FIT Element Running Top helps to manage your body's natural heat, helping to keep you warm, especially during those cold-weather runs. The fabrics have tiny spaces between the fibres to trap air, which successfully blocks wind from the outside, to provide the utmost comfort during your training session. Elements of spandex have been added to help you move and stretch with flexibility. This garment can be worn as both, a comfortable mid-layer for cosiness, or by itself when the temperatures are less harsh. Mitten cuffs with thumbholes extend from the sleeves to help keep your hands warm and cosy. They also have foldover elastic bands around the cuffs, which will help keep the mittens secure when you're not using them. A zipped pocket on the left side of the top gives you somewhere to stash a key or card, making it easily accessible.
