The Free Metcon 6 opens your world of training possibilities. Adding even more forefoot flexibility to Nike's most adaptive workout shoe, the Free Metcon 6 has a reinforced heel with extra foam. Providing more freedom for dynamic movements during workout and cardio sessions, plus the stability you need for lifting weights.
The Free Metcon 6 utilises a breathable, supportive engineered mesh to ensure feet remain extremely breathable and lightweight for outstanding comfort. The materials have strategically placed perforations throughout the construction to ensure a constant supply of airflow surrounds feet, allowing them to remain cool and fresh from start to finish of your training. The upper has a built-in stretch construction to allow for unrestricted movement, enabling the feet to bend and flex freely during squats, bends, and jumps, providing a distraction-free experience. Working to further keep feet dry, the shoes have moisture-wicking properties, to keep you feeling fresh from sweat and moisture, especially when under immense training pressure. A comfortable inner sleeve adds ankle support and provides a seamless, chafe-free fit. Finally, traditional laces work alongside Nike's unique Flywire cables to provide you with a more dynamic, locked-in fit, keeping you secure on the move and preventing in-shoe slipping from occurring.
Adding flexibility, support and cushioning to the Free Metcon 6, Nike has added extra cushioning in version 6 of this iconic training shoe. To provide you with a soft, flexible landing base, the workout shoes provide you with outstanding underfoot comfort and work to soften the impact from harsh landing when enduring intense workout or cardio sessions. This helps to reduce the risks of injury or discomfort when wearing the shoes. Additionally, the shoes offer excellent stability, providing a secure stance through targeted support and intentional cushioning. The extra laser-siped foam supplied in the heel further improves your stability to keep you focused on the next set. The big-toe area of the forefoot has been enhanced to provide you with improved agility, and extra landing for quickness when making sudden movements.
Providing you with stability and grip during any activity, the shoes have a multi-surface traction outsole. This keeps feet stable on all types of surfaces and terrains, keeping you stable and secure during fast runs and deep squats. This durable outsole has laser-siped flex grooves to provide flexibility underfoot and adds comfort.
