Nike Kiger 10 Trail Running Shoes

The Kiger 10 is one of the lightest trail running shoes Nike has ever made. Its lean, low-profile design combines with a steady outsole so you can make quick, agile moves on technical trails.

Breathable Mesh Upper

Created using a mesh upper, these shoes encase each foot in breathable comfort with targeted breathability for an enhanced comfort feel. The shoes use perforations to increase airflow, creating a healthier environment for your feet to thrive. The mesh at the forefoot combines with materials along the upper to help prevent abrasion. Synthetic overlays add structure to the shoe whilst providing additional protection against bumps and debris on the trail. These also help promote a secure, locked-down fit when navigating tricky terrain. A padded tongue helps to relieve pressure caused by foot swelling on long mileage runs; it sits comfortably against the skin to increase overall comfort. A new collar material has been added for a soft and premium feel, while the newly designed heel pocket helps keep your foot in place. Completing the upper is a lacing system that locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.

Cushlon 3.0 Midsole

The shoe's midsole has been created from a full-length Cushlon 3.0 foam unit, offering you the right amount of pop no matter the terrain you are on. The foam provides a soft, comfortable landing and increased responsiveness with every step compared to a traditional foam midsole. Offering a soft and bouncy feel underfoot, the foam spares your joints when striking down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces, reducing the risk of injury, all while enhancing energy return for comfortable strides. Nike's tried-and-true energy return go-to is more responsive and durable than ever. Completing the midsole is a forefoot rock shield, adding a layer of support between you and your foot when encountering rocks and trail debris.

Vibram Megagrip Outsole

Developed using a Vibram Megagrip outsole, the Kiger 10 from Nike provides extreme grip and traction on the trail. Developed for use on various terrains, the extremely durable rubber forms a solid bond with the ground beneath, anchoring you in place. Despite facing abuse from rough ground, the rubber remains robust and retains a strong shape and structure. A deeper, diverse lug pattern highlighted with greater spacing gives greater traction for more technical terrains, cutting into the earth for non-slip performance, giving you confidence with each step taken.
