Run by your own rules in the Nike Defy. Featuring a foam midsole, super breathable upper, and outstanding traction, the shoe prepares you for runs of all lengths and paces.
For optimum comfort, support and breathability, the Nike Defy feature a breathable mesh upper. With strategically placed perforations, the upper encourages cool air to flow whilst at the same time removing unwanted warm air to create a perfect microclimate where feet can thrive. The flexible construction softly encases your feet for free, comfortable movement and a restriction-free stride whilst having a seamless design to reduce the chance of irritation caused by rubbing. A cushioned collar and tongue sit comfortably on your foot to further increase comfort and work with the traditional lacing system to ensure a secure, locked-in fit and prevent in-shoe slipping from occurring.
Providing a comfortable and responsive landing, the shoes utilise a foam midsole. Providing you with underfoot cushioning and a soft, bouncy ride, this comfortable foam midsole spares your joints when striking down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces and enhances the energy to encourage comfortable strides.
Supplying you with a secure grip, the Run Defy features a durable rubber outsole. This durable compound will provide you with enhanced longevity and good traction, and with a waffle design, it has a flexible structure to keep strides comfortable and allows your foot to flex naturally. Flex grooves adorn the outsole for an improved cushioning effect and increased grip on various surfaces.
