Moulded foam on the heel and tongue sit comfortably on your feet, whilst a pull tab on the heel assists with putting the shoes on and taking them off with ease. The shoes have a soft, responsive foam midsole, reducing discomfort and keeping you focused on the day ahead, and a sockliner for added comfort. Nike Mind technology consists of 22 individually articulated foam nodes, which work as you walk. The mindful design uses the foam nodes to gently apply pressure against sensory receptors on the bottom of your feet. This is born from years of research and testing, allowing you to feel each node separately, and it works to translate the texture of the ground up into the bottom of your foot.
