Breathable Textile Upper

A traditional lacing system works with the midfoot strap to lock down the midfoot, reducing in-shoe movement for greater stability and control, giving you the confidence to tackle any trail, while a rubber toe tip protects the toes from rocks and uneven surfaces. The Zegama Hike uses a trail-specific last, increasing the volume in the toe box and forefoot to accommodate natural foot swelling during those long, gruelling hikes, and lastly, heel and toe loops assist in putting the shoes on and off. Finally, the shoes feature a heel strap to keep you locked-in and secure.

ZoomX Midsole

Utilising a ZoomX foam, the midsole delivers Nike's greatest energy return yet for responsive comfort on the trail. Ultra-light and super-responsive, the midsole material delivers Nike's greatest energy return yet; it absorbs impact and then expels it back out for a bounce-like effect. This energy-return technology reduces the use of superfluous muscle power, diminishing fatigue and enhancing performance and propelling you into the next stride quickly and confidently. Residing underneath this, is a Cushlon 3.0 foam which helps you maintain stability.

Vibram Megagrip Outsole

Designed with a Vibram Megagrip outsole, the ACG Zegama Hike ensures extreme grip and traction on the trail. The wide rubber outsole has been developed for use on varied terrain, making it extremely durable to form a solid connection with the ground, anchoring you in place. Despite abuse from rough ground, the rubber stands up to this, deflecting blows and retaining its shape and structure. Vibram Litebase technology also features on the outsole to enhance grip on wet terrain.
