Nike Free Metcon 7 Men's Training Shoes

Flex your performance in the Free Metcon 7. Nike's most versatile training shoe gets updated with enhanced midfoot containment while still keeping the famed Nike Free technology.

Engineered Mesh Upper

For breathable support, the Free Metcon 7 utilises engineered mesh for outstanding comfort. Microperforations throughout the construction ensure airflow to the feet, keeping them cool and fresh from start to finish of your training. The upper has built-in stretch for unrestricted movement, enabling the feet to bend and flex freely during your workout for a distraction-free experience. Working to keep feet dry, the shoes' moisture-wicking properties keep feet feeling fresh, especially under immense training pressure. A comfortable inner sleeve adds ankle support and provides a seamless, chafe-free fit, and the toe area and side of the shoe have been reinforced for added support. Finally, webbed lacing keeps you locked in with enhanced midfoot containment.

Supportive Foam Midsole

For a soft, flexible landing base, these shoes deliver outstanding underfoot comfort and dampen impact during intense workouts or cardio sessions, reducing the risk of injury or discomfort. Additionally, the shoes offer excellent stability, providing a secure stance through targeted support and intentional cushioning. The laser-siped foam in the heel improves your stability, keeping you focused on the next set. The big toe area of the forefoot has been enhanced to provide you with improved agility and extra landing for quickness when making sudden movements.

Multi-Surface Traction Outsole

Providing stability and grip in any activity, the shoes use a multi-surface traction outsole. This keeps feet stable on all types of surfaces and terrain, keeping you stable during fast runs and deep squats. Nike Free technology combines stable foam in the heel with a softer, more flexible foam in the forefoot. This durable outsole has laser-siped flex grooves, providing flexibility underfoot and adding comfort.
