Nike ACG Pegasus Men's Trail Running Shoes

Made for the trails with the responsiveness you know from the road. That's what the ACG Pegasus Trail is for - running scenic miles in cushioned comfort. With the grip and traction on wet terrain, and a wider forefoot for extra wiggle space, it's got you prepped for every trail.

Engineered Mesh Upper

Tried-and-trusted, the upper of the ACG Pegasus promotes in-shoe freshness to keep feet cool for the entirety of your trail run. Perforations in the upper ensure air can circulate effectively, allowing for heat to escape and making room for cool air. The material also protects the foot from snags and reduces distractions when racking up the miles. Water drains quickly from the materials, preventing water build-up, drying quickly for a comfortable feel under pressure. Nike has also implemented a new last, specifically for the trails, with a wider toe box and forefoot to promote better stability over uneven terrain. Enhancing foot protection and improving durability, a rubber wrap has been added to the toes, reducing direct impact and preventing injury while reducing damage for a highly reliable trail partner. A heel pull tab has been added to the back of the collar for easy on/off. Finally, a traditional lacing system has been added to provide secure midfoot lockdown and minimise in-shoe slippage when heading uphill and descending.

ReactX Foam Midsole

Providing the same soft, lightweight feel you know and love, Nike uses ReactX foam to deliver a responsive ride while remaining durable for a long-lasting shoe. The foam's reactive nature means it absorbs impact when hitting hard, unforgiving surfaces below, then expels it in your next stride for a bounce-like effect, sparing your joints and reducing the risk of injury. This energy-return technology reduces fatigue and enhances performance so you can run for longer. The foam has an element of stability to it, providing you with great balance over uneven terrain for boosted confidence in every step.

All-Terrain Compound 2.0 Outsole

With updated technologies, the All-Terrain Compound 2.0 provides you with better-than-before grip and traction over a mix of conditions. The ACG Pegasus is suitable for door-to-trail use, ensuring you are stable on pavements, gravel and trails alike. With updated traction on wet surfaces, you stay secure on the ground with improved confidence with every step. The flex groove design allows the foot to move more naturally through the gait cycle, while increasing surface area for better grip and traction on the surface below.
