Nike ACG Pegasus GORE-TEX Women's Trail Running Shoes

A shoe made for the trails with the responsiveness you know from the road. That's what the ACG Pegasus Trail is for-running scenic miles in cushioned comfort.

Engineered Mesh Upper

Providing enhanced breathability and comfort, the upper of the ACG Pegasus promotes in-shoe freshness for the entirety of your run. Perforations in the upper allow air to circulate effectively, allowing heat to escape and making room for fresh air. The material also protects the shoes from damage and reduces the possibility of distractions when racking up the miles. The material is efficient at allowing quick, easy drainage, ensuring water is not held within the shoe, keeping you lightweight and boosting quicker drying times while on the move. Working with this, the uppers protect feet in poor conditions, thanks to a GORE-TEX membrane. The waterproof fabric ensures optimum comfort, keeping you well protected and comfortable on the trails. Nike have also utilised a brand-new last, specifically for the trails, with a widened toe box and forefoot to promote better stability over uneven terrain. Boosting foot protection and shoe durability, a rubber wrap has been added to the toes, reducing direct impact and preventing injury. A heel pull tab has been added to the back of the collar for easy on/off. Finally, a traditional lacing system has been added, offering secure midfoot lockdown for reduced in-shoe slippage when heading uphill and descending.

ReactX Foam Midsole

Providing the same soft, lightweight feel you know and love, Nike uses ReactX foam to deliver a responsive ride while remaining durable for a long-lasting shoe. The foam's reactive nature means it absorbs impact when hitting hard, unforgiving surfaces below, then expels it through your next stride for a bounce-like effect, sparing joints and reducing the risk of injury. This energy-return technology reduces fatigue and enhances performance, keeping you moving longer. The foam has an element of stability to it, providing you with great balance over uneven terrain for boosted confidence in every step.

All-Terrain Compound 2.0 Outsole

With updated technologies, the All-Terrain Compound 2.0 provides you with better-than-before grip and traction over a mix of conditions. The ACG Pegasus is suitable for door-to-trail use, ensuring you are stable on pavements, gravel and trails alike. With updated traction on wet surfaces, you stick to the ground with confidence in every step. The flex groove design allows the foot to move more naturally through the gait cycle, while increasing surface area for better grip and traction on the surface below.
