The new minimalistic overlays offer support without adding unnecessary bulk or weight and work in tandem with a traditional lace closure for a secure, locked down fit. The no-sew toe cap eliminates discomfort from chaffing and rubbing for a distraction-free ride.
Newtonium Cushioned Midsole
Featuring a full foot Newtonium cushioned midsole, cushioned lugs in the forefoot and heel provide full-foot cushioned protection, attenuating shock impact where you strike down the most alleviating stress on the joints and reducing fatigue. Working in tandem with the Newtonium cushioned midsole is the action/reaction technology providing exceptional energy return. The Distance 10 shoes SHARC Outsole consists of a high abrasion and high-density rubber providing increased and enhanced floor fighting traction in both dry and wet conditions. Additional flex grooves have been added to the outsole for increased flexibility, encouraging the foot to flex naturally by mirroring the foot's motion for a smooth gait cycle.
