The excellent comfort and fit of Oboz's O FIT Insole combined with technical features like a tuned EVA midsole for soft cushioning give you a boot that is comfortable outdoors as well as in everyday life.

Upper Construction

Oboz have designed the upper with everyday wear and outdoor wear in mind, creating a stylish, everyday hiking boot. Using a waterproof nubuck leather to protect you from the elements, Oboz have reinforced this with their B-DRY technology. OBOZ was specifically designed to let moisture such as sweat escape from the boot whilst not letting water or mud in keeping your feet cool and dry. A highly abrasion-resistant material has also been used on the upper ensuring that all Oboz remain durable both on the upper and outsole.

O Fit Insole

Oboz have fitted the Sapphire's with an O Fit Insole, this insole has low-density EVA pods that provide cushioning and comfort. There is also Medium-Density EVA throughout and this yields underfoot support without the loss of cushioning to your feet remains comfortable throughout. A High-Density EVA heel cup provides optimal support and improves natural cushioning to make you feel supreme comfort on all of your adventures. Moisture-wicking fabrics have also been used to keep the feet dry and the shoes well ventilated, reducing the build-up of sweat. Engineered to support the arch and put the foot in a neutral position, this purpose-designed technology delivers the kind of fit, feel and performance that you need.

Cushioned Midsole

A single-density EVA midsole provides you with responsive cushioning and comfort that you need on any hike or trail or in everyday wear. Oboz have added an integrated ESS plate that mitigates over-flexion and protects your forefoot on all trails or hikes. A TPU chassis provides you with support and proper flex points, maintaining maximum flexibility and not restricting your natural movement.

Swiftcurrent Outsole

The Swiftcurrent Outsole, like the rest of the boot, was designed for women and specifically provides you with incredible durability, stability and comfort. Lugs provide you with excellent traction ensuring that you remain stable at all points of a hike or simply walking down the road. The Swiftcurrent outsole adds to the durability of the boot ensuring that you don't need to worry about your feet being protected.
