Ocun Jett QC Climbing Shoes

The Jett QC is our new climbing shoe designed to combine comfort with high performance. It features a close-fitting cut, sticky CAT 1.5 sole, seamless heel and breathable tongue, making it ideal for anyone who wants to upgrade without unnecessary discomfort.

Microfibre Upper

Constructed using a microfibre leather upper, the Ocun Jett QC Climbing Shoes are worthy of any outdoor adventure. Designed to provide the right amount of flexibility and support, the upper conforms to the shape of the foot yet, retains its elasticity for a better, more supportive fit. The microfibre upper ensures the shoes hold their shape for long that other leather equivalents plus, its soft on the skin for complete comfort. A perforated tongue sits comfortably against the skin and allows cool air to circulate throughout the shoe so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. A seamless heel ensures greater comfort and reduces the risks of chafing an irritation. An extended toe rand runs around the edge of the shoe to provide added protection from loose debris and terrain plus, it increases toe hooking for a more efficient climb. Completing the upper is an innovative closure system that consists of two velcro straps that pull in the opposite direction ensure a locked-down fit for added midfoot support.

2D Fit Hard Midsole

The midsole of the Ocun Jett QC Climbing Shoes is low in profile to save on weight and increase underfoot feel. The hard nature of the midsole ensures structure and support for uncompromising climbs yet still allows for an element of sensitivity. A stiff leather insole has also been added to the midsole to ensure greater stability on small holds so you can tackle any climb with complete confidence. It also increases underfoot comfort for long, unforgiving climbs.

CAT 1.5 Rubber Outsole

Developed using CAT 1.5, the Ocun Jett QC Climbing Shoes ensure maximum grip on the toughest climbs. Focusing on achieving maximum adhesion between the sole and rock wall, the CAT rubber outsole is extremely soft and sticky to ensure grip on uneven rockfaces. The outsole ensures you have the confidence and grip to move up any rock face whether its a tough or easy climb. The high friction rubber allows you to grasp on to the smallest foothold and edge your way onto angled terrain; this versatile compound supports climbers as they cruise up the most technical terrain. The superior rigidness of this shoe is counterbalanced by adaptability and sensitivity. The outsole allows for a more natural feel ensuring you can detect rocks beneath your feet for a barefoot experience.
