Odlo Performance Warm Eco Baselayer Bottoms

A baselayer that fits like a second skin, the Odlo Performance Warm Eco Baselayer Bottoms are designed to give you an extra layer of warmth on colder training session. The bottoms will allow a full range of movement without any restriction.

Effective heat retention is guaranteed with the baselayer bottoms. Using Odlo's Warm material technology, this will work to retain heat effectively, keeping you feeling warm and comfortable in all conditions. The fabric will also work to wick any moisture from sweat away instantly and effectively. This will mean that the skin will be kept dry and comfortable no matter how intense your activity is. As well as this, the material will encourage air to enter and exit the bottoms freely for effective breathability. If it gets too hot, the warm air that builds up within the bottoms is allowed out of the material, where it is then replaced by cooler air from outside. This constant transfer of air in and out will mean that you will stay ventilated and fresh. In addition to the fabric allowing air in and out, the bottoms have specially positioned ventilation zones. These areas make it easy for air to pass in and out of, which will encourage a constant flow of air in and out. This will work over the period of a training session to keep you feeling cool and comfortable, allowing you to remain focused on the challenge ahead. Preventing any bad odours from occurring as a result of high-intensity activity, Odlo has used its innovative Zeroscent technology. This anti-odour technology is organic-based and prevents odorous substances from penetrating the fibres, keeping you feeling and smelling fresh. Complete freedom of movement is guaranteed, as the baselayer has body-mapping that will guarantee 360-degree motion, meaning that all forms of activity are possible. Flat-lying seams within the bottoms will mean that you won't ever feel any discomfort or irritation from any rubbing or chafing. Produced using various recycled materials, this makes the bottoms a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to other bottoms.

About Odlo

Odlo was founded in Oslo in 1946. Its founder Odd Roar Lofterød Senior was the driving force behind the company until 1979. His favourite saying was "always make sure you're one step ahead": Lofterød had a reputation for being a creative, unconventional thinker who took off in new, previously unimagined, directions. Born in Norway in 1915, he grew up during the difficult times of war and unemployment that characterised the early 20th century. But this did not stop his unquenchable thirst for new ideas. Instead of just waiting for a job to come along, he placed an ad saying: "Worker available for 100 crowns". He soon landed a job paying 60 crowns a month working in a factory that made machinery for the clothing industry. Using the technical expertise that he gained in the area of knitting machines, he went on to set up his own company, Odlo Fabrikker A/S. To get the company up and running, Lofterød bought his first knitting and sewing machines from his former employer. He also had the foresight to trademark his brand name worldwide.
