The Mountain Raid also offers a alternative to a full sleeping bag and insulation layer when combined with the Mountain Raid PA half bag to create a minimalist sleeping system.

The full weight of the jacket is 390 grams which makes it feel light whilst wearing it - and easily portable when carrying it around. Although the jacket is light that does not deter from the primary function of keeping you warm. The jacket is compatible with the Mountain Raid PA 1.0 system which allows you to wear the top half whilst you lay in the sleeping bag.

If you are worried about your particular build then the drawcord hem is perfect to either tighten or loosen the fit without detracting away from the performance and insulation of the jacket. The pockets are fleece lined for further protection from adverse weather conditions.

A low bulk cuff allows gloves to fit easily under the sleeve of the jacket, should they be required. Primaloft Gold adds the benefit of remaining warm without having the bulk of a heavy jacket.
