OMM Mountain Raid Pants
The Mountain Raid Pant from OMM is an insulated pant ideal for overnight camping or during winters. It is made from the same level of insulation as OMM sleeping bags and is perfect for cold and wet conditions.
The Mountain Raid Pants use Point Zero fabric technology in order to block draughts and chills whether you are walking or resting. The unique aspect of these pants lies in its main purpose as an alternative to a traditional sleeping bag. Each leg of the pants features a full-length zip, which can be used to create the bottom half of a sleeping bag. This, when combined with the OMM Mountain Raid Foot Pod, which covers your feet and blocks wind and cold temperatures, it becomes a state of the art sleeping system, ideal for overnight camping trips. The OMM Mountain Raid Foot Pod is filled with Primaloft's signature insulation, Gold Eco. A fill weight of 80g per/m2 provides exceptional warmth especially when wet, offering lightweight packability for consummate ease. Essentially, the Foot Pod is a separate contraption which enables you to keep your feet warm, dry and protected while you sleep. In addition, the pod is extremely comfortable as you seek a perfect, undisturbed nights sleep, ready to take on the challenges the next day brings.
Mountain Raid Pants are filled with Primaloft's 'best-of-the-best' insulation, Gold Eco. A fill weight of 60g per m/2 provides exceptional warmth whether you are walking during cold winter days or camping overnight. The pants stay cosy and warm even when wet, and are lightweight and packable which allows for easy storage and transportation.
The pants are made with articulated knees, which allows you to get a full, comfortable range of motion when walking or scrambling, ensuring your performance is not limited by your clothing. Full-length YKK zips are featured for easy entry, without the need to remove shoes. This can be a crucial feature during cold and difficult conditions. The pants are finished with reflective logos which help you to be visible in low-light conditions.
