On Cloudrunner 2 Waterproof Women's Running Shoes
The legend levelled up. The On Cloudrunner 2 has more support, more comfort and more cushioning for more fun on every run. This version features a 360 waterproof membrane for optimal protection.
Engineered Mesh Upper with 360 Waterproof Membrane
Utilising a 100% recycled engineered mesh construction, the upper of the Cloudrunner 2 is made for exceptional comfort. The material will provide your feet with a constant supply of air to ensure your feet remain cool and comfortable, even during hot temperatures and intensive running sessions. Perforations in the fabric allow air to flow freely through the structure, therefore working to replace warm, used air, keeping things fresh within the shoes, and preventing an uncomfortable heat build-up. The mesh fabric is soft to the touch, meaning they are irritation-free for the best possible wearing experience. A high-performance 360 waterproof membrane prevents external water from entering the shoe to provide excellent waterproof protection. To ensure that your feet remain secure yet comfortable, the shoes have been enhanced by a plush collar and soft tongue to keep things snug and cosy. Working to provide a locked-in and secure fit, the shoes have a traditional lacing system, meaning in-shoe slipping is prevented, while a durable heel-clip helps to lock in extra stability and support.
Advanced Midsole and Outsole
The Cloudrunner 2 utilises On's Helion superfoam and has been packed with even more foam than before to provide higher rebound and energy return, keeping you fresh when you are putting the miles in. The midsole reacts according to your movements, compressing horizontally and vertically to cushion just where it should, providing you with nonstop comfort all day long. The Cloudrunner also features CloudTec cushioning, which adapts to every runner, thanks to the Cloud elements that react to your unique movements and deliver soft landings alongside a powerful take-off. This cushioning technology is proven to reduce muscle fatigue so that you can run faster for longer. The innovative CloudTec technology delivers comfort, support and a more efficient run by absorbing impact, reducing strain and adapting to your running style so you feel like you are running on clouds. Reacting according to your unique movements, CloudTec compresses to cushion just where it should and helps propel you forward. The updated outsole also prevents stones from getting stuck whilst providing optimal grip and traction on a multitude of surfaces so you're able to focus on the road ahead. Lastly, a rubber grip pattern further increases traction and grip.
