Made with highly durable recycled polyester, the Daylite Plus is a reliable backpack for a range of activities. With a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish added, rain and poor weather are effectively blocked from entering. To enhance cooling properties the backpack has a breathable back panel, allowing air to circulate where close skin contact is unavoidable. The built in harness allows you to optimise the most comfortable fit for you that offers better support when carrying heavy weights, consisting of padded and breathable shoulder straps to keep air circulating. A safety whistle can be found in the strap for emergency situations. To clip the fit together, a sternum strap has been implemented into the design, helping to centralise the weight for stability over uneven terrains, this is complimented by a simple hip belt. This backpack is compatible with several Osprey travel and backpacking bags as additional storage, this attaches by using the harness as a luggage pass-thru.
The main compartment of the Daylite Plus opens wide to allow full access for optimal packing, with an internal sleeve for either a laptop up to 14" or a hydration reservoir. A front zip pocket with internal organisation pockets has been added also to help you find what you're looking for with ease, a tuckaway key clip has been added also. A slash pocket is included, while on the side of the bag is a stretch mesh pocket to put water bottles for quick and easy grab and go. Finally, to prevent bounce and shifting weights, the backpack has compression straps on the sides.
