The PUMA Fast-Trac 3 is the ultimate low-profile trail running companion. Featuring a full-length NITROFOAM midsole for responsive cushioning, 4mm PUMAGRIP ATR lugs for unbeatable traction and a comfortable rolled collar upper, this shoe will elevate your trail running experience.
The upper of the Fast-Trac Nitro 3 has been created from an engineered mesh to provide a durable and protective shoe, while being extremely comfortable. The mesh is durable in high-wear areas, ensuring your feet are secure and always protected on the trail. Perforations within the fabric provide feet with excellent breathability, allowing cooler air to circulate while built-up heat can escape, ensuring cooler feet on the trail. Increasing support and durability, the shoes include PWRTPE on the lateral side to provide stability on difficult and rocky terrain. A comfortable tongue and rolled collar feature to provide a great fit and feel, whilst a loop at the tongue and heel assist with putting the shoes on. Traditional laces with integrated eyestays provide you with an adjustable, snug fit.
The midsole of the Fast-Trac Nitro 3 has been created using Puma's Nitrofoam. This nitrogen-infused foam is lightweight and springy, providing high energy return and responsiveness. Infusing nitrogen into the foam, Puma has expanded the midsole, making the shoe extremely comfortable underfoot whilst providing maximum propulsion with each step, letting you run further and faster with ease. The foam will propel you forward, helping you to hit those PBs, while absorbing shocks and negative impact forces as you strike hard, unforgiving surfaces. This reduces stress on the joints and the risk of injury.
Ensuring outstanding grip on all your trail surfaces, the Fast-Trac Nitro 3 utilise a PUMAGRIP ATR outsole to provide traction across even more adverse conditions, including icy trails. This durable outsole supports you on the tricky trail routes.
