Engineered Mesh Upper

The Puma ForeverRun Nitro is crafted with a breathable mesh material, ensuring excellent ventilation and a comfortable feel during your runs. The fabric features perforations that promote airflow, allowing cool air to circulate while releasing heat and moisture. This design helps to keep your feet cool and dry, creating a healthier environment. Puma has integrated PWRTAPE on the instep, which provides crucial structure and support, minimising unwanted movement. Further support is offered by the asymmetrical heel counter, which is designed to prevent the ankle from rolling inward and ensure a secure, locked-in fit. The ForeverRun Nitro also features a traditional lacing system, effectively preventing slippage and keeping your feet firmly in place.

Nitro Midsole

The midsole of the ForeverRun Nitro has been created using Puma's most elite foam. This nitrogen-infused Peba foam is lightweight and springy, providing high energy return and responsiveness. Infusing nitrogen into the foam, Puma has been able to expand their midsoles, so the shoes are extremely comfortable underfoot whilst also providing maximum propulsion with each step, letting you run further and faster with ease. Not only will the foam help propel you forward, helping you to hit those PBs, but it also absorbs shocks and negative impact forces as you strike hard, unforgiving surfaces. By doing so, this reduces stress on the joints and the risk of injury. Within the midsole is Puma's RUNGUIDE technology, which is a firmer-density foam guide rail designed to keep your foot aligned and centred through each stride, helping you through the gait cycle more efficiently.

PUMAGRIP Outsole

Puma has incorporated their PUMAGRIP rubber compound, known for its excellent traction and durability, in the construction of the outsole. The rubber is strategically placed to ensure a reliable connection with the ground, whether wet or dry. This will give you the confidence to train in any weather conditions. The strong grip also creates a firm platform for push-off, which can contribute to a more efficient running gait. Additionally, the inclusion of a wider medial rubber segment provides a broader base to help stabilize late-stage pronation.
