Mono-Mesh Upper

For enhanced breathability and improved in-shoe comfort, the Voyage Nitro 2 features a tough mono-mesh upper. Experience comfort, coolness, and freshness throughout your demanding trail running adventures. The shoes are constructed from breathable materials to prevent overheating and maintain a constant air flow, ensuring a dry, cool sensation. A GORE-TEX membrane has been integrated into the upper to provide breathable, weather protection. GORE-TEX works by allowing small molecules out, such as heat and vapour and blocking larger molecules from entering, such as water. This keeps feet dry from the inside out for a comfortable wearing experience. Moisture-wicking properties reduce the build-up of sweat and moisture, keeping you dry and fresh when running. The flexible nature of the upper also allows feet to move more flexibly across the trails, helping to prevent restrictions and keeping you focused on what's ahead. Providing feet with outstanding protection on the trails, the mono mesh is super durable to keep you confident in the reliability of your shoes, making them the perfect trail running companion. PUMA Formstrip on the lateral side of the shoes enhances support and keeps feet stable when traversing tricky trails. Finally, an Optifit adaptive fit system provides a secure lockdown and extra support when running, accommodating a wider range of foot shapes. This works with the laces to provide a locked-in, secure fit and prevent in-shoe slipping from occurring.

Nitro Midsole

The Voyage Nitro 2 utilises Puma's nitro-injected foam midsole compound, which has been designed to provide outstanding responsiveness and exceptional cushioning to keep things comfortable and bouncy underfoot, all in a lightweight package. Helping you transition seamlessly between each stride, the Nitro midsole keeps things super comfortable and effortless underfoot and propels you forward. Alongside this, Profoamlite adds extra cushioning to soften landings and push you closer to your goal. The midsole has shock-absorbing properties to help reduce injuries and discomfort from striking down on hard and changing surfaces, keeping you prepared for whatever the trail throws at you.
