Premium Engineered Knit Upper

Engineered for breathability and stretch, the upper material ensures you stay cool and comfortable for the entirety of your run. Perforations within the material allow for airflow to be maximised around the foot, keeping you cool. With warm air able to escape, cool fresh air enters and refreshes you throughout. The knit has been designed to withstand possible scrapes and bumps when you let your feet take the lead. The material highly durable, keeping you pushing on with confidence and motivation. PWRTAPE reinforcements have been used for targeted protection around the foot, further shielding you from possible injury, while increasing the durability of the Velocity Nitro 4s. The upper also has a gusett type padded tongue for plush against the skin comfort, immovable while on the go with minimal in-shoe slippage. On the back of the collar is extended material, this has been included to assist as a heel tab, helping you to easily slip the shoes on and get out on the road. A traditional lacing system, this locks down the midfoot securely, giving you a confident fit. To complete the upper is reflective detailing to improve visibility in low light conditions, keeping you up and out for longer.

NITROFOAM Midsole

Keeping you feeling light and bouncy the NITROFOAM Midsole within the Velocity Nitro 4 gets you ready for the run ahead. Plush lightweight cushioning underfoot, protects your joints and feet from possible injury caused from striking down onto unforgiving surfaces. Shock is effectively absorbed up into the foam, before being released within your following strides, giving you that needed motivational boost to continue forwards. The nitrogen-infused foam is lightweight, allowing you to excel without added drag to your daily runs.

PUMAGRIP

Providing excellent grip, the PUMAGRIP rubber keeps you confident in your footing. This rubber outsole compound is durable, made to last long periods of time for prolonged control over a variety of surfaces. With strategically placed grips along the outsole in key-impact areas, such as the forefoot and heel for strong toe-offs and confident corners. By missing rubber from the midfoot, weight is kept to a minimum to keep speed up and drag down.
