The ultra-light, engineered fabric features a structured 4-way stretch, reducing weight and friction, to ensure distraction-free comfort. The material features perforations throughout it for increased breathability, allowing maximum airflow and ensuring fresh feet from start to finish. The upper utilises a minimal, flat-laying tongue and cushioned collar, so the shoe stays lightweight and prevents bulks when wearing. The tongue lies close to the skin, reducing irritation and creating a snug feel. Finally, a traditional lacing system completely locks down the midfoot, preventing in-shoe slipping and maximising comfort on the go.

NITROFOAM Elite Midsole

NITROFOAM Elite keeps you feeling light, bouncy and ready for the competition. The premium foam effectively absorbs shock when striking down on unforgiving surfaces, protecting your feet and joints from impact. The foam then releases the pressure within your following strides to help improve propulsion and energy return. Paired with a reengineered PWRPLATE, energy return is maximised for responsive strides and comfortable runs. The carbon fibre plate offers a snappy feel, propelling you over the finish line whilst also helping you feel more stable on your feet during quicker strides. Atop the foam is a textile sockliner, further enhancing cushioning whilst also helping to wick moisture away from the foot, keeping you dry and comfortable.

PUMAGRIP Outsole

Providing excellent grip, the durable PUMAGRIP rubber keeps you confident in your footing. This rubber outsole compound is durable and made to last long periods, for prolonged control on a variety of road surfaces. It has been strategically placed along the outsole in key-impact areas, such as the forefoot and heel, for strong toe-offs and confident corners. By removing rubber from the midfoot, weight is kept to a minimum to keep speed up and drag down.
