Rab Kinetic 2.0 Waterproof Jacket

The Kinetic 2.0 Jacket is a soft but tough mountain shell, built for comfort without complication.

Designed to keep you comfortable and protected on outdoor adventures, the Rab Kinetic 2.0 Jacket is the ideal addition to your walking wardrobe. Constructed using recycled soft Proflex fabric, the Kinetic jacket ensures lightweight weather protection and an abundance of comfort. The knitted fabric sits comfortably against the skin whilst also providing increased stretch, so you'll never feel restricted on the go. The fabrication ensures freedom of movement because your clothing choice should never inhibit your natural motion. As well as this, the fabric is highly breathable and works to manage moisture, so you'll never feel an uncomfortable heat build-up. The ventilated design allows cool air to flow throughout the garment whilst, at the same time, allowing hot, humid air to escape; this creates a perfect microclimate for your skin to thrive in. The membrane provides waterproof protection, so you'll always remain protected when the weather takes a turn for the worse. To provide added protection, a snug-fitting helmet-compatible hood can be used to shield your face when the weather takes a turn for the worse. As well as this, the hood is elasticated and features a stiffened peak, which allows you to find a perfect fit and keeps the rain off.

With a regular fit, the jacket is designed to be slim fitting but not too tight; it supplies comfortable coverage that moves with you and provides enough room for layering if you require it. The fit also ensures freedom of movement because your clothing choice should never inhibit your natural motion. A YKK AquaGuard front zip exists for complete temperature control; it can be worn up to seal in the heat and zipped down to release an intolerable heat build-up. A brushed tricot chin-guard protects you from abrasion caused by the zip. The drawcord adjustable hem allows you to cinch down the fit, whilst hook-and-loop adjustable cuffs help to seal in escaping heat. Completing the jacket are two YKK AquaGuard zippered side pockets that allow you to store essential items.
