With a streamlined design and a stripped-back, ascent-ready feature set, this lightweight softshell is geared up for alpine climbing.
Explore the great outdoors in this alpine versatile softshell, with a slick, streamlined design and the features you need for vertical missions. It's specifically developed to be worn with a harness or pack, with a zippered chest pocket that's accessible on the climb and an under-helmet hood that provides extra coverage when you need it. It's low bulk and elasticated binding seals out the wind. The pocket also serves as a place to stuff the jacket into when not in use, meaning you can grab it and go when heading out the door. Built with breathable, stretchy, wind-resistant Matrix fabric with a DWR, the Borealis Alpine Hooded Jacket works to expel moisture and regulate your temperature as you quest upwards on windswept faces. The elasticated cuffs ensure a close fit in high winds without adding unnecessary bulk and single-sided hem adjustment allows you to customise the fit while keeping weight to a minimum.
