Packable, protective, and ready for sideways weather, this stretchy waterproof shell is your ally for hitting the trail in mixed conditions.
Fickle sunshine, variable temperatures, and horizontal rain: shoulder season hiking calls for packable waterproof protection you can rely on. Utilising a 3-layer Pertex fabrication with a soft knitted backer and a DWR coating, this jacket has exceptional waterproof properties, ensuring you remain dry during your journey. With a YKK Aquaguard front zip for sealing out the elements, it's equipped for challenging terrain. Engineered for exploring the great outdoors, the jacket features a helmet-compatible hood with a two-way, one-handed adjustment system for a quick, secure cinch. The protective stiffened peak is designed to deflect rain from your face while ensuring the hood moves with your head for unobstructed visibility. For those working hard on steep ascents, adjustable underarm venting allows for targeted airflow to regulate temperature and manage moisture. The fit is fine-tuned for movement - articulated sleeves allow for full arm lift without the hem riding up, while extended, adjustable cuffs provide a seamless interface with gloves. A dual-sided hem adjustment further helps seal out the elements. Finally, two zipped external hand pockets offer secure storage for essentials, positioned specifically to remain accessible even while wearing a backpack.
