When you need one pack for all your day adventures, the Protium offers impressive multi-activity versatility. With a body-contouring back system that flexes as you move, it's equipped for all-mountain day hikes, scrambles, and pushing the pace on any terrain.
Utilising an Air Contour back system, the Protium by Rab provides a lightweight and close fit with spacer mesh and cut-out air panels that offer ventilation in warmer areas. The flexible back panel has been pre-curved to enhance movement, with ABS moulding and a semi-ridged structure shape maintained while still moving with you. Utilising Rab's Narrow Dimensions (ND), this bag is better suited for people with smaller frames. They're designed to provide a comfortable and supportive fit for women or men with a narrower build. To centralise and secure the fit, a sternum strap can be clipped together with ease, alongside a hip belt with forward pull adjustments for swift movements to personalise the fit. Two pockets have been added to the hip belt to hold small items you may need in reach. The main pocket on the bag has a wide zip opening, providing easy access to the bulk of your items, with an internal sleeve to hold a 2L hydration system (not included). A second smaller internal security pocket holds valuables safely, including a key clip. Several exterior storage points have also been added, including a front stash for quick stowaway on the move, attachment loops for trekking poles and two side mesh pockets for water bottles. Finally, a waterproof cover can be pulled out and over the bag when a heavy downpour begins to shield your items.
