As part of Rab's Ascent range, the Filament Hoody is a layer-friendly garment made from Thermic fabric, which is an engineered fleeced fabric, developed to be light, warm, fast-drying, and durable, for the ultimate combination of comfort and practicality from this garment. Constructed using recycled polyester fabrics alongside 7% elastane for excellent stretchability. The hoodie features a full-length YKK front zip for easy ventilation whilst you're on the move, and a secure YKK zipped chest pocket allows you to store away essentials. An under helmet hood, provides you with the ability to remain safe on the rocks whilst climbing, and discreet thumb loops help to keep your hands warm, yet your sleeves in place. The use of low-profile seams help to ease the friction between layers, improves comfort against your skin, and eradicates chafing points during intense climbing or mountaineering sessions.
