Flexweave Upper

The Reebok Floatride Run Flexweave is ideal for long distance runs including marathons, half marathons, and 10Ks. Designed to maximise performance while giving special attention to many racers' number one priority: being as light as possible. Flexweave uppers will encase each foot in breathable comfort. The fabric's interwoven figure-8 design allows it to breathe easily, increasing airflow to create a better, healthier environment for your feet to thrive in. Flexweave swathes the foot in lightweight durability plus dynamic stability; it adapts to the changing shape of your foot whilst supporting you through movement in multiple planes. The tongue is made with a comfortable material which increases comfort and allows the laces to hold tightly, without creating any blisters. Finishing off the minimalistic upper is the 3D heel cradle for a supportive fit which contours the achilles for plush comfort.

Floatride Foam Midsole

The midsole uses a combination of foams to offer the best in stability, cushioning and responsiveness. The Floatride foam compound is 50% lighter than EVA foam and has more evenly-sized cells, which in turn offers a more balanced and consistent ride from heel-strike to toe-off. This, in turn, gives the Floatride Run Flexweave its lightweight, responsive feel. The slightly sturdier strip of EVA laid on top of this acts to keep your foot centred and well balanced throughout the gait cycle.

Rippled Rubber Outsole

Designed with a full contact rippled rubber outsole, with lots of high abrasion rubber and thin strips of carbon injected rubber, the shoe will offer excellent traction for road racing as well as enough durability to handle approximately 100 miles of racing. Wear these shoes in comfort as every piece is engineered to reduce irritation, friction and anything else that might weigh you down as you're racing towards the finish line.
