Seamless Ultra-Knit Upper

The Reebok Floatride Run Running Shoes are ideal for long distance runs including marathons, half marathons and 10Ks. Designed to maximise performances while giving special attention to many racers' number one priority: being as light as possible. The upper is constructed with a one-piece ultra-knit upper which enhances airflow for a comfortable foot environment while reducing the risk of irritation and discomfort. The ultra-knit allows air to fully permeate the entire upper, providing a constant supply of fresh, cool air while simultaneously forcing out hot, muggy air.

In addition, the upper features a midfoot cage system which provides lightweight support and increases the structural integrity of the upper. This cage system works in tandem with a 3D moulded heel counter for a distraction-free locked-in fit. These two unique innovations ensure that in shoe slipping does not occur during your running session, which in turn increases comfort and performance. Lastly, the upper offers a moulded sockliner that increases cushioning and comfort next to the foot. This acts as the first step of cushioning, allowing you to fully focus on the run you have planned ahead.

Floatride Foam Midsole

The midsole uses a combination of foams to offer the best in stability, cushioning and responsiveness. The Floatride foam is 50% lighter than standard EVA foam and has more evenly-sized cells, which in turn offers a more balanced and consistent ride from heel-strike to toe-off. This, in turn, gives the Floatride Run its lightweight, responsive feel. The slightly sturdier strip of EVA laid on the top of this acts to keep your foot centred and well balanced throughout the gait cycle.

Full Contact Outsole

Designed with a full contact outsole, with lots of high abrasion rubber and thin strips of carbon injected rubber, the Fast will offer excellent traction for road racing as well as enough durability to handle approximately 100 miles of racing. Wear these shoes in comfort as every piece is engineered to reduce irritation, friction and anything else that might weigh you down as you're racing towards the finish line.
